One research assistant position is available for a TÜBİTAK funded project titled “Sustainable Bioremediation of Bay Sediments Contaminated with Mixture of Chemicals due to Industrial Sources.” The project aims to investigate the bioremediation of marine sediments contaminated by persistent organic pollutants. The research assistant is expected to conduct laboratory work and field work. The studies conducted throughout the project will comprise the Ph.D. dissertation of the research assistant; thus, candidates must be enrolled in the Environmental Engineering Ph.D. Program.
