We are proud to announce that Can Hoşkal, a student from İzmir Atatürk High School, has achieved outstanding international success. Under the mentorship of our Research Assistant Dr. Esin BALCI and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Aysun SOFUOĞLU from the Department of Chemical Engineering, Can won first place in Türkiye with his project and went on to be awarded first place globally at the International Forum on Research Excellence Student Research Awards organized by Sigma Xi, The Scientific Honor Society.
